Yes, we prioritise quality and use non-soy-based wax and high-quality fragrance oils that are free from harmful chemicals. Our wax melts are crafted to provide a safe and enjoyable fragrance experience.

To clean your wax warmer, allow the wax to cool and harden. Then, gently remove the hardened wax from the warmer. You can also use a paper towel or cotton ball to soak up any excess melted wax. Be sure to unplug the warmer before cleaning.

7. Delivery & Collection

If you have opted for a local collection at checkout, this will be a collection in Crawley, West Sussex. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you with the collection details.

All our deliveries are set at a flat rate of £3. This applies to the Mainland UK. We use a number of different couriers to deliver (excluding Royal Mail), so delivery should be within 2-4 working days. We will advise you of your tracking number once the order has been dispatched for tracking.

We currently don’t ship to Northern Ireland.
